  • High-Heat Polymer Extrusion: Extensive experience with PEEK, PEKK, sulfones, and Ultem materials, covering associated processes, material and part specifications, inspection methods, quality standards, tooling design, and machine and auxiliary equipment specification.
  • Melt-Processable Fluoropolymer Extrusion: Proficiency in FEP, PFA, PVDF, and Tefzel (ETFE) materials, including processes, specifications, quality control, tooling design, and equipment requirements.
